Error Messages - Suggested Solutions to Help You Find the Site You're Looking For!

Trying to View an eFolioMinnesota "MN2" Site?
Your browser can no longer locate the Web address (URL) you are trying to view at the efoliomn2.com server.
 
You might be trying to view an eFolio at a Web address that is no longer in service or has been changed.
 
This is what we think has happened for you:
  • If you are receiving this message from 12 Noon (CDT) on July 30, 2010 through 6 a.m. (CDT) on August 2, 2010, it is due to server maintenance. We have denied access to all eFolioMinnesota accounts (version 1 and Version 2) until maintenance has been completed.
  • Effective August 2, 2010, all eFolioMinnesota accounts that previously used the efoliomn2.com server will have been removed during the final phase of an 18-month transition to Version 2. Only Version 2 accounts will now be available and those reside only at the efoliomn.com server.
We suggest that you try this:
  • If you are trying to view a site on this server during the maintenance window, you should try back after 6 a.m. (CDT) on Monday, August 2, 2010.
  • If you believe you are getting this message in error, please contact the owner to acquire their current eFolio Web address.
  • We encourage you to contact our Support Center at http://efolio.custhelp.com for additional help.
Other notes that may help with variables not caused by eFolio maintenance:
  1. Check the address for typing errors such as ww.johndoe.efoliomn2.com instead of www.johndoe.efoliomn2.com or incorrect punctuation and spelling. (In context, “johndoe” represents a placeholder for the site owner’s name you were inserting.)
  2. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
  3. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that your browser is permitted to access the Web.
