| This is what we think has happened for you: |
- If you are receiving this message from 12 Noon (CDT) on July 30, 2010 through 6 a.m. (CDT) on August 2, 2010, it is due to server maintenance. We have denied access to all eFolioMinnesota accounts (version 1 and Version 2) until maintenance has been completed.
- Effective August 2, 2010, all eFolioMinnesota accounts that previously used the efoliomn2.com server will have been removed during the final phase of an 18-month transition to Version 2. Only Version 2 accounts will now be available and those reside only at the efoliomn.com server.

- If you are trying to view a site on this server during the maintenance window, you should try back after 6 a.m. (CDT) on Monday, August 2, 2010.
- If you believe you are getting this message in error, please contact the owner to acquire their current eFolio Web address.

| Other notes that may help with variables not caused by eFolio maintenance: |
- Check the address for typing errors such as ww.johndoe.efoliomn2.com instead of www.johndoe.efoliomn2.com or incorrect punctuation and spelling. (In context, “johndoe” represents a placeholder for the site owner’s name you were inserting.)
- If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
- If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that your browser is permitted to access the Web.
